Shooting was not justified. Knocking out a cop will never get you death in a courtroom. Only on the streets against a gang, which is what these ppl are.

The cop that knocked out fukked up by being over aggressive. Once the black man in the suit came and stepped in to try to talk to him he seemed to chill for a second and was listening. Then the cop took that opportunity to come in aggressively grabbing him which lead to the drunk cat swinging. Drunk dude was wrong for sure and brought it on himself but them cops was overaggressive for no reason. Didn't look like anybody was in immediate danger so why'd they even come in so aggressive to start instead escalating as soon as they entered the scene.
