bytch was a complete POS. She had 325k in debt and filed bankruptcy. Ran from numerous accidents and was prob selling p*ssy.

I don't know state law in Miami, but in San Diego, they would likely prosecute for grossly negligent vehicular manslaughter, or worse, DUI homicide. An active duty Navy member crashed off a bridge and killed 4 people in 2016, and had some alcohol in his system, they prosecuted him, and gave him 9 years in prison. But, the DA was gunning for life.

not entirely true.. if the club is paying a higher premium than average, you can cover DUI's, shootings, murders etc that may fall try to be tied back to your club
of course its a higher premium
every club has to be insured to some extent, I cant speak on florida laws, in california you need to have a minimum $1 million policy to even open doors, can add coverages (dui's, fights, assaults, alcohol poisoning, etc.) on top of that
as far as liability goes, it can depend how far the crash happened from the club as well. If it happened, say, more than 5 miles from the club as example, the club cannot be held liable (again dont know florida laws)
ive always wondered how people get so far in debt.. has to be a house? Ive had over 700 credit majority of my grown life and make ridiculous money and I doubt I could get 325k in debt if I tried to
