didn't he also make disparaging remarks about African Americans?
He dissed both blacks and gays as I've said in that sentence.

I'm asking if he only dissed gays and didn't diss blacks would the ratings of still plummeted.

I noticed that gays are getting a lot of support and the support for black people has fallen.

You have to be delusional to believe govt. wasnt the vehicle for racism during that era. Some circles even believe it was the govt. that had black leaders killed.

Live in a dream world where govt did no wrongs it was all the free market brehs :pachaha:

The market no, but they included a process for changing the rules and laws of the land specifically because they knew things would change.

You should read the federalist papers :ehh:

The govt did have leaders killed.
Malcolm X wrote a letter to President Truman in 1950, which in turn got him watched and red flagged. Not only did that letter spark a hate for revolutionaries, it started an idea that anyone trying to help minorities should be eradicated.

honestly, that surprises me. Having never seen that show, I would just assume that people that do would support what he said. Guess I'm glad to be wrong.

But hold up, who the hell watched Duck Dynasty? :nydahell:

The problem is that the show has been tied to racism and homophobia so it is now one of those shows you can't tell anyone you watch...

For example at my job this one dude was talking about it and this chick hit him with the "oh so you still watch that show after he said" :mjpls:

Then everyone around him was like :mjpls:

As the only black guy around he tried to come talk to me...and I have never seen the show...but i was like :mjpls:

I think this has more to do with the fact that the show had run its course more than anything. People are over it. :manny:
