Love the changes they made to Webbie and Mrs. Beagsley. And all the nods to the OG series.
They could have easily dropped the ball on this, but the first episode was really, really good. The voices and animation are different, but this still feels like DuckTales. Can't wait for more episodes.

Darkwing Duck is going to be in this series and we got a TaleSpin reference. Now, if they can find a way to somehow get a Rescue Rangers reference in there - then we'll have a nicely connected universe. I remember that Darkwing Duck and Ducktales obviously shared the same universe (despite what the DWD creator says).
I agreed with him though. It's one of those situations where we as fans can say whatever we want but the guy who created it said otherwise therefore his word reigns supreme on this one.
