People seem to have their zombie apocalypse escape plans ready ... but after watching this video maybe everyone should start getting their plans in order for the kangaroo apocalypse.

Ben Vezina's nice bike ride in Hawkstowe Park, Australia went from pleasant to downright creepy ... when tons of kangaroos gathered around the bike path and just stared as he rode by.

Ben wasn't harmed during his terrifying trip ... but we're sure he'll never go down that path again.
