Sex tourism has existed for hundreds of years, but it is nothing to be proud of. It is not a good look because it paints a stigma on western men. Eventually the locals and countries will clamp down on sex tourism, and please be aware some guys go to Asian and African countries with the intention to sleep with underage sex workers.
Based on my observation, most people know if they are attractive or unattractive and that is based on how they are treated and their actual prospects. Look at every single woman that is conventionally attractive, chances are she will date an average looking man.
The fact is if men are visual, women are also visual, and they can appreciate a good looking man. The most followed and sought after women are probably in that very small percentile. It is human nature to want someone or something that has desirable qualities. With men, as soon as they earn significantly more, and they live a desirable lifestyle, their value goes up.
