Blood is on the DC counsel hands for being too lenient on these teenage criminals which empowers them to commit more serious crimes because they know they can get away with it. And before any of you all use the “they was poor” bs DC has TONS of programs here to lift families out of poverty and hook them up with free housing and jobs. No other city looks out for their residents the way we do.
