Well, he was caught stealing. He could have just stood there until the police showed up. But he attempted to escape. His clothes were coming off while he was trying to get away. He was not being stripped. If he was wearing a pull-over sweatshirt, it would not have come off.
Considering he was trying to steal candy bars, he's a low-level criminal who didn't expect to be faced with resistance. Anyway, criminal deserved it.

if this were 2 black guys restraining and seemingly stripping a white thieve rather than giggling and occassionally saying call the police...they would have been shouting about laws, definitely calling police and even before stripping him naked physically intervene.
and im not defending him..i think he should have been caught. maybe if the watchers handled it a little more professionally. remember the bike video where all those white people come together, and they are talking shyt and calling 911 making sure justice is served. this was an opportunity to show black unity, that in the face of crime we stand up and for justice we stand together. instead of giggling and shouting worldstar, maybe spittin truth at the suspect, like hey, your caught. wait for the police. stop running, you fukked up, the cops are coming etc.

I see both sides but here's the deal. That was a corporate spot I think and those workers had no vested interest whatsoever in recouping that 4 dollar box of snickers.
The problem is, white people shoplift like crazy but none of them foreigners would dare run up on a white person and get physical like that. NEVER. No-one in America respects a person of color, meaning blacks and dark latinos. As males, our lives have little value and it has been demonstrated that we could be dealt with by any unnecessary means with no repercussions.
Protect your property no doubt, but nikkas(more likely white folks)in here acting like taking a 5 dollar box of chocolates is worth a death sentence. Only a nikka's life holds less value than a box of snickers....
