I worked at Indiana State Prison back in ‘13 as a food supervisor & was around at least 25 inmates with very little security & would chop it up with all kinds people in there.. trust me bruh, shyt is real in there.

Yeah this idea of people bulking up in jail is a myth. A lot of dudes struggle to keep their weight up because the food in a good amount of these prisons is inedible and commissary adds up quickly.

It may not be universal/guaranteed, but it's not a myth.

Some databases measure inches that way for clerical consistency. So that there's always 3 digits instead of 2 digits at 5'9" and 3 digits at 5'10".
