its indoctrination has hurt black folks as a collective. It keeps blacks in mental bondage. why do you think christianity was forced on slaves?

What exactly do you mean when you say "mental bondage"

I guess the first thing that needs to be said is that Christianity was in Africa way before the slave trade.... Second, you can't force a religion on anyone.... it has to be "accepted"

There are countless slave accounts where slaves mostly attested christianity due to the hypocrisy of a lot of slave masters, and the practice of slavery in general.... it really didn't gain acceptance until slaves were able to practice christianity in privacy with their own tradition and beliefs added...

What yall also failed to realize that probably half of the slave owners prohibited religion being taught to their slaves...... they knew better...

Get a group of people who agree with you and pool all of your money together. Buy out one of these churches and replace it with a business selling a product/service that's in high demand in the black community (i.e.: weave, jordans, etc.)

Saying is one thing doing is another. You're right tho. Least he can do is propose a merge between the neighboring churches.
Knock down a wall and put a gift shop in the back lol. Attract customers and possible church members, have old ladies selling cakes, sell crosses, jesus pictures and w/e.
