Suffolk police have arrested a man after they say he exposed his genitals to a bus full of students Monday morning.
Officials from the Suffolk Public School Transportation Department called police after a bus driver reported a man had exposed his genitals to students on the bus, near Hawk Lane and Wren Road, as the bus was heading to King’s Fork High School. Police say all of the students were between the ages of 14 and 16.
Shortly after, police identified and located the suspect, 57-year-old Seth Orlando Copeland of Suffolk.
He was arrested and charged with six counts of indecent exposure, based on the number of students on the bus, and two counts of indecent liberties with a child, based on the age category of two of the students.
