Most murders that happen aren't even premeditated and happen out of split second rage or pride, especially in our community, and even most of the ones that are premeditated the perp is "end result oriented", meaning they want a specific person(s) dead for a specific reason(s). And look for the cleanest way to do so. They don't get their kicks off the act of causing pain and suffering.

The only murders who are just as bad if not worse than rapist are the small minority who are sadist in nature and derive pleasure from causing pain through acts of torture before killing their victims and usually seek out the most convenient targets(this group includes sexual murders aswell). Which are similar to rapist who get off on the act itself of sexually violating another person and aren't particular in who they choose as victims other than the most easily accessible and overpowerable targets.

My bad I can only speak about the jail dynamics I know of and I never ran into any BPs or NOI in Texas.Most dudes I ran across in jail are morons.

Really? NOI is pretty heavy in Htown espcially in third ward where mosque 45 is. They run the Sunshine Deli out there too, and I know they co-run or are heavily involved with the Project Row House program. They be out on the corner of Homestead and Tidwell handing out news letters all the time.

The People's Party II, which later became a local chapter of the original black panther were involved in a shootout in third ward where their leader Carl Hampton was killed.

NBPP are heavy as well. Quannel X got his start doing work under them in sunnyside, before he went "mainstream". Plus you have other groups like the HPNGC who I like the most even though they're Pan-Africanist and not AADOS centered, because of the work they do and other similar groups.
