Dude Xbox killed us games wise

did you not see quantum break, killer instinct, Ryse, Below, crimson dragon, sunset overdrive, or project spark?

project spark but nah i missed a large portion of the M$ E3 presentation. glad there's some games coming out that aren't the typical bullshyt shooters. Ryse patrice: a quick time action adventure. crimson dragon looks last gen, but it's different. quantum break didn't really show anything, and never been a fan of the Killer Instinct series.

I'm a CONSOLE gamer.... I've always been a CONSOLE gamer, and will always be a CONSOLE gamer. I dont like games on PC...hell I dont even own a PC right now... got a MAC

But still, and my friends? They all play CONSOLES and the majority of them got 360's.

It kills me when peeps try to use the PC thing like its a comparable competition difference like it was a PS3 or Wii

If we talking "casual fans" then casual fan's are getting these games on consoles

Like movies.... I Only like watching Thrillers and Action adventures and comedies..... is it bad I dont like like horror or love stories, or them Tyler Perry style movies (never seen a Tyler Perry movie in my life) or white kid saves the world style Harry Potter jawns?

Whats the point of having a variety or random shyt when the persons prolly wont ever fukk with it? On the flip side, whats the problem with possibly having a variety of similar shyt that someone already likes and fukks with?

I'd rather have games I'm familiar with that are to my taste and as long as they are good great (which most cases at worst they are really good games)

I remember when that game Katherine first came out I was like is this shyt. I would never play a game like that..... but Alpha Protocol... I can rock with that.... is it a GREAT GAME?? No.... but it was fun to me and in the end thats what matters the most

A variety is good because one can find a game and stick with it. There is no stagnant shyt where one must force himself to like a certain type of game genre because that's what's mostly on the table of choice.

Playstation games are not random games by any means. If you want am example of random games then look at the WII.

The flip side that you present only limits itself to a certain type therefore others get left out. It may seem good to you but its limited to such with other tastes in games.

Not to mention that both examples that you gave are multiplats not exclusives.

nah, i agree. i guess i'm just arguing semantics but i've never seen 360 exclusives as true exclusives. when PS3 gets an exclusive, you know it wont come out on the PC six months down the line.

Why are we pretending all the games in MS show are coming at launch? Plus come on Dead rising and titanfall are timed exclusive. If we going to count 2014 games might as well count the next naughty dog and santa monica game. Edit plus Titanfall the best game they showed is coming to 360 and the PC.

I dont think just because a few games are similar means its a stagnent choice. In the end it comes down to "if its truly a fun game or not.

Theres a reason why games like Assassin's Creed,COD (multiplats), Uncharted, and Halo (exclusives) continue to have sequel after sequel but yet there has been no sequel to a Heavenly Sword or a Two Human.

No one is forced, if they like a game they like a game, just like cats aint really forced to buy Madden or 2K every year

Yes true.... but most of the console cats that grew up on a strict diet of Atari, Nintendo, Sege, Turbo Gfx, Neo Geo, PS, Xbox more than likely aint playing no PC games and dont care.

PC gamers seem to be another breed of gamers, peeps been trynna throw them in the same pool as console gamers but they seem to have they own lane.

No shyt, no lie, this weekend friday I went to a coworker/friends house party and Sat a family reunion, all niccas wanted to do later on was play KINECT games. Now a PS3 was there, but in group shyt, aint no one really trynna sit there and watch one person play Uncharted, how is that fun for anyone else?

I'll admit it... DANCE CENTRAL is a dumb as game. But when you are at a social event, and people are eating, talking, and just wilding out... that shyt is fun is fukk

bruh we are talking about xbox one and ps4 I don't give two shyts about games that they haven't showed off,or have said is coming. My homie bought a ps3 because he thought kingdom hearts 3 was coming out eventually for it. I love gears but I'm not thinking about it until they say its coming. I'm talking about e3 , right now who has better games ps4 or xbox ? Not who is going to have better games and games you think are coming.

I'm honestly tired of the same o same o...I play halo for its story, killzone lost my interest after beating it , And playing online for a week, if it came out on xbox I would not buy it. Uncharted was fun....id buy if it was on xbox, but not retail and I can't play used games on my new xbox one. Gears is my game, but with the next gen I'm looking for something more. Something fresh. I don't care about none of these old games redone over for the 12th time.

Watchdog looked pretty on ps4 tho, but instant game switching....that's next gen., my xbox being able to know my heartrate is next gen, devs are going to have more things they can do on a game on the xbox, and bring more creative games to me, ps4 devs will be thinking ploygons, xbox devs will be thinking voice command, gesture, its gonna open up gaming to a newlevel I'm going off topic again

I'm sorry xbox has fukked up policies, and y'all choose not experience these new things, like I said I'm not saying buy an xbox I wouldnt tell anybody to buy an xbox with that online check or your games stop working, I already know people hate the kinect, and are going to say fukk all the bs give me a controller, but a regular game that you can sit down and play with kinect integration is going to be a next gen experience there I go again

Well that's a different comparison. Your comparing amount of offline multiplayer games vs amount of single player games.

You can compare that but there is still online multiplayer which the PS3 has. Even in the Uncharted game that you mentioned has online multiplayer. In fact that's a whole other argument.

But you are right, its imo the goat social game, as long as people are playing, too many people are to scared to dance in front of others tho....I could hear somebody making a case for rock band, but nobody pays attention to those playing. with dance central those playing are having a blast, and people are paying attention, and laughing their ass off

right now i'd give xbox the slight edge over announced exclusives just because of Dead Rising 3.

i don't want my console to know my heartrate, or facial symmetry, or what i'm doing, wearing, talking about, etc. i don't know how it'll be implemented in games, but how it'll be implemented in marketing is scary enough
