Well for one don't ever let a man challenge your man hood and not face some typa repercussions .. and two regardless of their perception your objective at ya job is to work to your highest potential to accumulate that dough not impress your co workers unless they approach you in a disrespectful manner and you don't retaliate in no typa way it shouldn't really matter if they see you as soft or not .

Stop making conversation with nikkas you don't know like that. Give nikkas the chance to not fukk with you like they really want to. Feel out their perception of you first before you call yourself talking to em every time you see em

I've found that if you talk very little and give one word answers to questions people respect you more. Also look annoyed at least 4 times a day. If it ever comes to the point where someone is trying to make you look like a bytch in a confrontation, you must establish dominance and fukk that person up even if it costs you your job, pride is more important.
