Duke lands re-classed Thornton, eyes Ingram

Thornton is NOT ready. He is no Tyus Jones.
I hate their class.. Jeter and Kennard are overrated.
And I'm not a duke hater, when they got Okafor and Jones, i said they would win the national championship. I changed my pick to Kentucky midseason but always considered Duke at least the 2nd best team
I really like Brandon Ingram, he is like Greek Freak with a jump shot.
He is a few years away though.
Don't expect him to dominate as a Freshman but he will be a very good NBA player down the line. Long as he stays healthy and goes to a well run franchise

Jeter and Kennard are not overrated, they are 3-4 year players.

We need another Winslow to be honest, if we got a dynamic wing, this class would be strong - Ingram would be a good pick but would love if we had a solid body bull .

Thornton has potential but he looked like a turnover machine in that HS National tournament a few weeks ago. If he stays 2 years he should be a problem his sophomore year.

I don't know if this happened by happenstance, or Roy really did a masterful job of picking which recruiting cycle to press hard on. UNC can afford to miss this year on a big class, but '16 they can't strike out. Paige, Brice, Jackson, and Hicks (if he keeps trending in the direction that he's going) all are playing their last season in Chapel Hill this year. Meeks might even bounce if this team wins it all. Spots are wide open, that's why the bigs Adebeyo and Bradley are basically all in. If Roy doesn't screw this up we could be looking at a '16 squad with Berry, Seventh, Pinson, Bam (Hicks), and Bradley......that squads legit. The 4 and 5 stars will find room at UNC....hell Roy is just a season removed from landing 3 Burger Boys. This NCAA nonsense screwed up Roy's big fish that he's been grooming (Ingram) since Bullock was there. Hopefully Stack is in his ear and keep Ingram at UNC....it's not looking good though. Hopefully, Roy works his magic on his in-home today.

He would be a fool to go to state. If he is following what Adidas wants he should go to KU.

Thats why I said KU or NC State...not really a fool for state, its only for one year. He reps his hometown so much. Like him and J cole are the biggest thing in fayetteville.

lol...keep dreaming. He's talking about being a packaged deal with Giles and Tatum. Most seem to think he'll probably go to Duke with the other two prospects.
