I should ask you the same question. But I'll answer: simply reading of the law and the fact noose hangings are routinely prosecuted under hate crime auspices lead me to believe that the aforementioned is indeed a punishable offense.
You quote one case as precedent ? really? The case hasn't even been rule on and you're quoting it as precedent lmfao. Hanging a noose is not a a de factor federal hate crime (maybe that's your opinion but it's not law nor factual true)- you're talking bullshyt and you know it.
Regardless of success, the fact people are repeatedly prosecuted under hate law auspices for hanging nooses belies the fact that hanging a noose is indeed considered a hate crime. This means that the Duke offender should be arrested and charged like all the rest. His name should hence be released.[/QUOTE]
hanging a noose does not mean it's a hate crime you moron. All those stupid little $1 words you're trying to use to smarten up your argument does nothing. You can't quote a precedent showing any random noose hanging was successfully prosecuted at all. There's not 1 , where willful and meditated intimidation was not present that was even taken to court.
If he get's arrested I agree his name will be released but if he's not you need to STFU about it.
