how hard is it to understand that 2 inches in the south is equivalent to 15 inches in the north? The municipal government nor residents are nearly as prepared as their northern counterparts.

For me (Greensboro) I don't remember it snowing last year. For central and eastern NC, it MIGHT snow an inch or two, once or twice a year.
you're taking it a bit too far there
how often do you all see snow down there though, and does it usually stick?
