Different history, different people, different cultures, different circumstances, different stigma associated with skin color, different brainwashing over hundreds of years (as in they had none happen to them and even helped finance ours) , different situations period.

Get your money up and look out for the people in your family.
Support black businesses and promote entrepreneurship instead of a consumer culture.
Look out for young brothers that are lost in your community and encourage them to pursue a college degree.

That's pretty much the blueprint that Asians have followed and it works out well for them.
