i got a podcast app, but mine is one i paid for since i listen to a lot of podcasts (downcast)

there are free ones though. download the podcast on wifi and then you can listen to it on the app without streaming.

Dunno Why This Got Me Dying :laff:

Download The Episodes You Want While On Wifi, After That They’re On Your Phone And You Can Go Out And Play Them NO They Wont Take Up Data You Already Downloaded Them

I have podbean.

They have a 'Downloads' tab within the podcast app. If I play the episodes from that section it's not using data...correct? I don't have wifi at my job and I don't want to use data.

Use starBucks Wifi :mjpls:

mcdonalds Wifi :yeshrug:

Are you trying to listen to them live?

Cause if not, i'm sure you can download them to a computer from itunes or your web browser via some site that has downloads. And then transfer them from computer to phone without any data usage being involved...

A lot of streaming apps have "offline" modes breh.
Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify, and YouTube (I'm sure there are more but these are the ones I've used) have offline modes where you just download what you want to stream when you're on wifi, then when you use it later it'll play the downloaded file instead of streaming is. I do this every morning an episode of the Joe Budden podcast comes out. Shoot, matter fact, I don't know if Spotify does it, but the Apple Podcast app had a setting where it would automatically download podcast episodes for you every time you connected to wifi.
Data usage aside, downloading some streaming content is especially good if you work in doors where signal might be spotty for whatever reason.

Check out SoundCloud. I have Android/T-Mobile and the app doesn't count towards data. It's been like that for years now. They have a decent library of hip-hop podcasts and interviews on there if that's what you're seeking.
