Dumbest Play Calls In Football?

I dunno about other teams but whenever Packers D is facing a 3rd and long,we always rush 3 and they get the first 90% of the time due to zero pressure on the QB. Also i hate how we throw a long bomb on 3rd and short like the opposing defenses havent seen that play before and will be expecting a run

1. The fade route.

2. Back to back fade route plays.

3. Punting on 4th and short inside the opponents 45

4.Wildcat

5. Double Reverse

6. The toss sweep from the shotgun

I'll let it slide with a fade pass but I was thinking about the A&M game in 2012, all we had to do was run the ball against a tired A&M defense.
