Bron needs help?

:snoop:

He doesn't need help. The team is built to accentuate his strengths. The fact is, this Cleveland team (which as currently constructed could beat a Durant-less GSW) has yet to show an answer for Kevin Durant on either end of the floor.

David Robinson didn't play well that series.

LeBron is playing well but the Warriors are too stacked

The two situations are nothing alike

Lebron is playing incredible

Durant is just playing better

nikka please. LeBron is balling. KD is balling too. But Durant has the clearly better team around him and doesn't have to be the center of everything but can pick his spots. When he goes a few possessions without the ball Curry and the rest handle business. When LeBron does the Cavs don't get good shots.

I'm glad the coli is smart enough to have these as the opening posts, so now I don't have to both with the other 13 pages

Half of the posters weren't around for the D Rob thrashing. This isn't it

I agree....but this is a nice lil amended version of that matchup tho. Bron talking about chasing a "ghost in Chicago" and the media running with the Bron vs MJ narrative.....only to be reminded by a peer of his that there's still levels to this shyt :lolbron:

KD might not be undressing Bron totally like Dream did Robinson. But that slide into second base from game 1 may very well be this matchup's "Dream shake with Robinson jumping all over the place" moment.

No where near the same. Much of this is forced narratives.

:mindblown: you just wanna defend him for the sake of defending him. I agreed with you that it wasn't. I simply said it's a nice lil amended version. And I do think that "sliding and getting dunked on" moment will be tied to this matchup like that clip of Dream toying with Robinson was to theirs, regardless of if the matchup itself isn't as one sided as that one was. This series was billed as KD vs Bron, and 2 games deep, KD is clearly playing better. No shame in that.

So selective when it comes to Bron. Now his team ain't shyt, huh? I could've sworn we JUST saw his team come within a bounced in three from beating the #1 seed out East with him being a non factor. We just saw him sit with 4 fouls that series and watched his team/players get busy without him. 2 games into this series and now here comes the "if Bron can't do it, no one can" narrative. Nobody is getting double teamed out there. Win your matchup is all we're asking. KD is noticeably playing better than Bron and it has nothing to do with his team. It's not his team fault Bron getting backdoored twice for dunks. It's not his team fault he closing out sloppily and sliding into second base. Stop the excuses.

Did I say anything negative about the other Cavs players? Not at all other than the clear fact that GS has the better team. The Cavs have a roster good enough to beat almost anyone but GS ain't playing fair out here. Its not any sort of normal 'great' team. They've got 2 MVPs in their playing and physical prime with 2 other All NBA caliber players and a 6th man of the year, former All Star rounding them out. The Cavs have a really really good team, GS has the best collection of talent (compared to their competition) ever. If KD plays poorly he's still got basically the same pieces from a 73 win team to pick up the slack. If LeBron plays poorly or just not great, they lose as has been proven every time he misses a game.

That play at D Rob defined the entire match up as a whole. That isn't the case here with Lebron also playing well.

Trying to make that play define the matchup akin to D Rob routinely getting sonned by Hakeem breaking out moves we didn't see repeatedly used to abuse someone....no.

You're talking to a niqqa who watched a the. "AAAkeem" son Ewing in the Garden in 88'. I'm his biggest fan as a Nigerian. This isn't anywhere on that level.

My lord you dudes are pressed as fukk in here
