Cuffs is a piece of shyt who gained traction on NBA twitter years ago because he's close friends with LeBron. He gave his dumb ass opinion again today saying "Kyrie needs a better team around him" so KD responded with that pic clowning him because that's exactly what a lot of these dudes giving their twitter opinion look like while doing so.
He made his account private today afterwards because old tweets he had promoting rape started going viral, typically he just scrubs his account whenever old tweets pop up (he deleted a bunch talking crazy about Kobe and his family from years back) but I guess today the amount of traffic and people reporting him was too much so he just locked everyone out.
