you're right but you have to understand, most people don't watch the games. all they do is look at who won and the boxscore.
That's why you got so many people talking about "rings is all that matter"/ they dont actually want to watch any games. they just wanna talk shyt about vets Stockton, Malone, Barkley like they dominate the league. it doesn't make any sense at all.
you ever hear an anaylst talk a bout a player "now he knows how to win" when the player is averaging the exact same stats as when he was losing vs when he is winning? Nothing changed but the narrative
