Yep. Individually, it's almost impossible to fight racism, because it is a socio-economic system that is being help up by a collective of people.
If you try to fight racism in real life, alone, you will be isolated and punished for it. If you are white and try to fight racism alone, they will isolate you and fukk you up for it, fire you, attack your character, your life, your family, etc,.
If you black and try to fight it, they will punish you the same way. However, they make it seem like the racism you are fighting is non-existent and madeup, even though the retaltion against you is 100% real.
What I have learned and seen is that we can only fight racism COLLECTIVELY. White or black, if we want racial quality then there has to be a group push for it. I been jailed and fired before for fighting racism. The black people around me just fell back and did nothing too, because they didn't want to acknowledge it.
We are scared to work together. Slavery was a collective effort to overthrow it. No one person alone successfully fought slavery in America. Even the goddess needed a group of like minded people who stayed on code to make the Underground Railroad work.
Ain't no successful 1 man slave revolts. We have to code up and group up. Make what we say here, what we do out there collectively in different places.
