one of my folks just started doing a reggae joint at the beach, said its been popping tho..the spot right behind buckets, on 1st.. i forgot the name of it, they change the names of places so much..
Was Jamrock and now it's Blue Island Grill/Cafe. Jamrock was the spot until the goons got wind of it being free and turned it out after a while.
I like the Real Ting too, cause you can blaze and just vibe out to the Reggae. It stays open till like 4 or 5. That 2 o clock shyt always pissed me off
I remember when Real Ting was THE spot on Friday night around 06-07ish. Somebody opened fire in there and me and the wife had to scramble to get the hell from outta there.
Me and my homey use to be in there HEAVY on a Saturday night in 05 tho. Sh!t was

My boy knows the owner, I think he owns that Jacksonville Giants basketball team too. The few times I went, I hit the Real Ting afterwards, since they are close
the girl I went to school with parents owes the real thing. However I would never eat from there.
