Yep. I heard atone time they were selling live crabs in that joint. Like people were pulling up chairs eating garlic crabs.
They got that big gaming room across the street now that's bringing people back to the area, but it's a ghost town for sure

Bwhahaha! Pretty much. Except there are a lot of college/hipster/beach bum-esque chicks. Its kinda the same in St. Augustine and Riverside. Then you have MILFS and professional chicks in PVB. All types of fun to be had with different chicks at the beaches. lol

Regency hasn't been poppin, since that time Juvenile was in town and got arrested for getting into with a security guard for wearing a hat in the mall..
