the Buckman, and the joint by the Children's Hospital going to 5pts used to be toll bridges... :ufdup:

actually.. almost EVERY bridge was a toll bridge in the 80s.. :patrice:

When i initially came to jax in 95 brehs were saying they just got rid of the toll roads. I was :whew:


Back home in pittsburgh i paid the toll on the parkway all the time.

Duval opened up 9a and i was :blessed: no more sitting on southside blvd in bumper to bumper traffic for forever!


Now i am about to pay for that convenience.:mjcry:

gotta know them back routes through Southside/Mandarin/San Jose areas..

then again.. alot of them back roads are now residential, or got some big ass useless warehouses out there..

my folks and, my brother got house out Argyle.. alot of Black folks been moving that way the last few decades.. :dahell:
