It's Nineteen85 and his boy Daniel Daley (who is the singer)

Both are from Pickering, small suburb outside of Toronto and have been making music together for years. Before Paul (Nineteen85) even linked up Drake and OVO.

I really don't know how good of a look this is for them. They got Roy Woods, Majid Jordan, PartyNextDoor, and another R&B act and NO one on the label has popped. Even with the Drake stimulus package and videos and the OVO branding. None of these boys get marketing or got any pull to release music (look at how Party@8 got shut down). Rarely see any of the acts collaborating with other artists, doing festival runs, releasing EPs or just putting any music out in general . Majid Jordan sold like 5K first week and Drake didn't even promote them till like 2 weeks after their album released on his IG page and they gave him his biggest hit. DVSN talented though, so I hope it works out but it's looking very spooky over at OVO.

2. Drake gave them an international audience on OVO radio

3. None of their singles which have been out for months even with features took off...They're kinda stuck until they improve their presentation.
