Well my Cac Navy bros didn't understand the concept of using washclothes.
They either use loofah or hand...the one cac said he just uses his hand. A washcloth is foreign to them ..the one dude was literally like

Who takes cold showers? It's too uncomfortable. The only time I attempt a cold shower is if some reason the power or water heater is out or something.
You can say similar about hot water showers. I always shower with warm water.
I've heard cold showers have a bit of a rejuvenation factor ala cryotherapy. And also they'll wake you up from the pure shock to your body. Hot showers on the other hand may make you more tired after you do them especially if you don't move your body around. Ever since I started working from home I started being mindful of my shower temperature. I don't do cold showers but it'll be room temp.

It's to wake your ass up. I can turn on a hot shower and I damn near want to lay down in that bytch after 15 minutes. Cold showers be in and out QUICK. I don't care how sleepy I am. I'm waking right the fukk up
