Man, Im glad Wade is gonna get his $7 million over these 2 years. The Heat showed this man no love. The 2 year/$40 million deal was mad late and not enough.

The dude took pay cuts for other players for years to get people into Miami, and they didnt show him the love. The story being put out there is that for Wade to get that extra money, Miami was looking to give up McRoberts (who hasnt done anything, and would be a good move), but no team would take McBob without Justise Winslow as well (would not be a good idea to give up Winslow this early).

I think the big thing is that Wade and Whiteside must not have got along well. I dont think Wade really wanted to deal with Whiteside's immaturity. Whiteside seems like he was willing to adjust his contract to bring Durant into Miami, but it doesnt seem like he was willing to do the same to keep Wade in Miami.

Thats why these nikkas need to stop thinking shyt is sweet with these GM's and owners. A brother on here told me the other day that Bron was unprofessional because he made pat Riley wait a few minutes before their meeting, and Bron ignored him during the meeting. Now ya'll can see that Pat Riley gives no fukks about any of them nikkas and Bron knew this.

What? If the Heat would have come up with 2 years/ $48 million right now, he would still be in Miami. He would rather be in Miami for his whole career.

i don't get this signing. 5 years ago it would've been great but with rondo, butler, wade and the rest of the roster, this team will be fighting for a playoff spot. they were better off completely rebuilding. good for wade getting paid tho.

they're gonna have lopez at the 5 and probably mirotic at the 4 so it's gonna be interesting to see how that works.

there's a lot of great young players on the heat so it's not too bad for y'all. if bosh comes back then i think the heat will be locked for the playoffs but if he isn't healthy then you still have winslow, richardson and whiteside to build with. this team looks like an attractive spot for big name free agents in 2017 .

we already have shooters. no offense to anyone, we didnt make a lot of noise last season, so many just dont know

doug mcdermott, nikola mirotic, can both be deadly from 3, niko is a bit more streaky, but when he on, he on

snell with his bum ass is streaky but he also is one capable of shooting well from 3

portis in year 2 can step out from 3 and knock a shot down

jimmy was once a 40% 3pt shooter but went away from it when he excelled to a all star, he is very capable of going back to that though.

denzel valentine is a rookie but comes in a guy who can shoot the 3 well.

the point is, if teams think they can just sag off the 3pt line and let us shoot, they will learn very quickly we got some shooters to take care of that.

the thing with wade and rondo, is although i dont think they will be great 3 pt shooters in the reg season, in the playoffs teams will pay for leaving at least wade open. and rondo can be sat down.
