Let’s put it in context breh. In 2008, all of them play in the Olympics together. They build a rapport. Kobe has three rings but hasn’t won in 6 years. He’s just lost the Finals to Boston. Wade got his ring two summers ago. Bron went to the finals one year ago. Bron and Wade are probably thinking Kobe is starting to become Unc status and that it’s their time to go in. Then Kobe gets a ring in 2009. It kinda stings but they brush it off. Then Kobe gets another ring in 2010. That hurts a lot more because it turns out he wasn’t Unc status. It also looked like Kobe was going to three peat. At that point like he said, Bron had never done anything and Wade is four years removed from winning. His response makes plenty of sense.
