You do realize that would be mathematically impossible, right? He can't afford to have all his live like him in different locales.

No child is ENTITLED to live like a millionaire, they're only entitled to a reasonable upbringing, and 120k a year untaxed is more than reasonable. If I'm the judge I'm maintaining it at 10k/month and forcing him to pay the back months plus a penalty. A newborn had no expectations on what life should be, a four year old has grown accustomed to the lifestyle that 120k untaxed a year brings. Dwight agreed to that, Dwight was paying that, Dwight needs to continue paying that as long as he's financially able to.

How much is needed to raise a child is irrelevant. Child support is based on percentage of the bread winner's income. For a nicca thats sitting on a 100 million dollar contrac thats a lot more than a couple of g's a month, and the way the court views things a child deserves to have a lifestyle as if he were living with the father.
