That one run the Magic had where they ultimately got demolished by the Lakeset has given him a bit of a cushion for playoff rep, but facts are facts. Dude has one playoff win in his last ten playoff games. His mentality isnt built for the playoffs and his playing style isn't anymore either.(Let's not forget them almost losing to the Celts without KG that year)

He needs to play like he did in the first quarter offensively throughout the game..but I don't think he can sustain that intensity for a whole game anymore. He has also regressed a bit defensively...still a force on the boards and a good and sometimes great post defender but he has clearly lost a step.

Rockets will never win a ring with him, specifically without significant changes (which don't seem to be coming anytime soon).

"Stars" have taken the blame/credit for years. That's just the way it is. He was lauded for leading the Magic to the Finals, but now he gets a pass cuz he's losing?

Fact is, teams generally need a leader and tend to mold themselves into the identity of said leader. Cowardice is not a standard to behold in a playoff atmosphere. It leads to failure.
