Dwight reminds me of an AAU/high school player who is heavily pampered all through high school (typically a PG or SG), gets by with one or two moves, and overall is never pushed to improve his team. Then they get to the NCAA and either completely flop or continue to coast by on talent. Then they get to the NBA and are a total bust.

The difference is that Dwight's size guaranteed he'd be good to a degree. Now he has people actively trying to fix his game but I don't believe he's responding. He certainly didn't in LA, why should Houston be any different.
