I don't see much of an upgrade over Gortat. Howard has the same problem Gortat had defensively. He struggles to defend the P&R and can't handle switching onto smaller guys.


Howard is the better rebounder but I don't think that gets many more wins.

He has gone to dysfunctional teams ever since leaving Orlando. La was horrid, Houston was still and is still trying to figure out why James harden turns into playoff Kyle Lowry when shyt gets real, Charlotte he played well, the team some trash, now he's on a team that will appreciate what he brings to the court Because it's exactly what we need. Plus.. When had he ever had a point guard like John Wall who can make his life easier on offense? He might have a career season I'm expecting at least a double double average from him, Tbc...

Philly is overrated and Boston is too young to just assume. Every team has off years, Boston is due. All I'm saying is as of today the East is up for grabs. Any of these teams has a shot at going to the finals

Anyone of those teams could hit a stride, a few will, and it switches up every year so don't let anybody tell you different coli. With that said, the wizards perform better when the people doubt them. Dwight and Jeff been catching that same doubt and will have chips on their shoulders as well. I'm confident it'll work out

Wizards haven't had that consistently since Antawn Jamison and he would do it quietly. Dwight, what he brings to the table is something the wizards haven't had since Ben Wallace. I don't know why ppl think Dwight isn't a major piece but ok...
