Dwyane Wade....Will He Even Average 20 PPG This Season????

He was coming off a season with a 28 PER and was All NBA first team at 28 years old. He hadn't missed more than seven games for two years in a row at that point. Why did he think he couldn't last an entire season?

Of course he welcomed LeBron, why wouldn't he as a player who wants to win?

Why does that get a negative spin?

I'm not saying it's a negative, that's just you inferring.

But I think (keyword: think, what do I, or you, know?) that he knew his body just wouldn't hold up over the long haul.

I was JUST talking to my friend last night about Wade. How he kind of mails in games, but still has the ability to take some over. Just not consistently I don't think.

If Wade consistently had Mia in the finals (even ECF) then he'd be higher in my eyes.
But once shaq left, they struggled. Didn't sniff a title after that
Then Lebron comes, and he's "This 2 time champion now" like if Mia wouldn't have won w/out Wade? Trade wade for any "average" 15/17pt a game guy and they easily take that title last year. Wade had nothing to do with it

I hate Kobe and the Lakers, but in that 05/07 era Kobe was the perfect blend of athleticism of skill, many have said before and it is correct, dude had no real weaknesses in his game at that point. LeBron is better because he is such an athletic freak, but Kobe could kill teams in so many ways it wasn't even funny. I would say around 06/07 Kobe was the unquestioned best player in the league

Production was comparable to Duncan and KG, so no. He wasn't alone.
