Cellphone video showing Fresno police officers shooting an unarmed 19-year-old man lying on the ground at a gas station has sparked protests and prompted the FBI to launch an investigation.

The shooting, which occurred last month but generated debate this week after the video was made public, is the latest in a series of police use-of-force incidents caught on tape.

Pretty much. Nobody cares that half the people killed by police are white. If you bring that up, then it becomes an argument about the percentage of whites in society relative to number of whites killed by police, rather than acknowledging there is a police problem in general. Just another issue where politicians and media love to divide the population.

I haven't seen as much video or coverage of white people being viciously gunned down. If it's just as immoral as the videos of blacks being killed I'm sure people will be outraged.

It just doesnt fit into the race baiters narrative of the cops are hunting down black men..

Usually when a person sees evidence that contradicts their beliefs they should change the belief...but these days they just reject the conflicting evidence
