i never really checked for e-40 music. he does carry it like its his full time job releasing plenty of music for his fans. his movie appearance in 3 strikes always trips me out.

Can't argue with these either Overtime and Graveyard shift both were incredible, but :whoa: we didn't need the 3 we got last time, its impressvie and we know he can do it but id rather him compress them into 2 disc and let us get sum classics....imo Overtime and Graveyard shift was one of his best releases of all time...shyt wuz heat throughout....Block Brouchure had hot spots, would go through hot streeks and wuz alittle too spotty when u think of what it coulda been if cut down

only if you're a 40 stan will you think these double and triple albums are chock full of quality. they are pretty much filler

anyone with a proper head on their shoulders will say "maybe he should cut back on the number of songs released for quality control? :dwillhuh:"

He's feeding his fan base with exactly what they want from him. That's what matters, when he tries to expand beyond that he can renegotiate the terms of his goals.

Your line of thought brings about a few questions to his creative process though. Typically an artist records 20-60 songs before they cut an album down the finalized track listing. Does he just release it all . . is he recording more? How much of a vision is he bringing to each of these songs, a lot of them are ridden with features. I'd like more insight into how he works.

. . maybe he just wants to be Mac Dre? I always feel like he wishes he could sweep Mac Dre's legacy under the rug.
