To be getting into it with anyone while you’re enjoying a sporting event. If the patron said something inflammatory then ignore it, say something back and KIM or notify security if necessary. Although this is purely based on the limited information available in the short video clip you can clearly see the glee in the cacs face when they were escorting him out which leads me to believe that his intentions were exactly what played out.
