If you have kids that watch music videos/tv/cartoons etc., explain to them how it's not real. I remember being at my grandpa's house watching JD and Jay-Z- "Money Aint a Thang" in the 90s, and having my grandpa tell me "You know that aint real life boy." He broke it down form there. Rented cars, showing off to make you feel like you need it too and whatnot. Important lesson that I still remember.

1) never lose track of your luggage

3) it's always better to show up than to flake
