What y'all seeing is a college coach trying to do too much. Chip probably told him it's my way or the highway and instead of trading dude for AT LEAST a 6th rounder they flat out cut him.....and he may fukk around and sign with a rival just outta spite.

they didnt get anything for him because other teams realized eagles have zero leverage. in those situations youd be lucky to get anything for a player, much less for one who makes 10+m per season.

colts didnt get anything for peyton manning either.

I hope he goes to the 49ers and gets with Harbaugh. The sad thing is how an unfounded story can affect a million dollar sports franchise. This just goes to show that players should get as much money as they can, every opportunity they can. Aint nothin promised in the NFL!

It kinda reminds me of Crabtree and Mangini thing. Mangini spread the word that Crab was a diva, eventhough his college coach thoroughly disputed that, it became gospel and he slipped in the draft.It took 1 person, 1 fukkING PERSON to say something negative and it was off and running.

What I'm most struck by is in a league of leaders and character, these GM's and coaches and owners have no leadership. The NFL is dependent way too much on word of mouth. How about you investigate things yourself and come to your own conclusion?! I just still can't believe the eagles let a column by a fukkin NJ.com play in their decision.

how can he go to the 49ers if we dont have the money for him ? :heh: we are currently like 3.5 m under the cap and will be only ~10m under the cap in june.
