I am one of the people who criticized Desean, my criticism remains the same. However, I have a huge issue with the hypocrisy and cowardice of Chip and the Eagles. They allowed Desean to be inaccurately labeled a "thug" so they could have an excuse to get rid of him instead of simply admitting openly that they wanted to get rid of him. While Riley Cooper can threaten bodily harm on another human based on race and nothing happens. Chip and the front office are cowards.

Good question. Sounds like he's trying to knock Chip for never developing any GREAT wide receivers. But his comment is kinda inadvertently saying Chips offense at Oregon great, even tho he had no great wide receivers...which kinda supports the claim that the system is more important than the players.

Exactly. If anything it makes what Chip had done at Oregon even more impressive. If you go & look at the rounds some of the WRs are getting drafted in its crazy. Huff may be the best WR out of Oregon in 4 years & he is a 4/5th round talent.
So maybe Deion is making the case that Chips system doesnt need a big time WR. IDK.

Beat writer Rich Cimini reports OC Marty Mornhinweg gave Jackson "his blessing" during the Jets' internal free agent meetings, assuring the front office D-Jax "wouldn't be a problem in the locker room." Cimini believes that "wasn't enough to sway Idzik" into pursuing Jackson. With the Chiefs also dropping it, it appears Jackson's landing spot will come down to Washington versus Oakland.

Let's see who tosses out the most money. Skins don't have enough for a 1 year deal. Unless skins give him a big long term deal he might want a 1 year deal and play the market again

Yup its going to come down to a bidding war. As a Eagle fan im just sitting back hoping yall spend big & be in cap hell for the next 4 years.
I'm starting to think he'll sign with the skins. I mean apparently Dan Snyder is going to throw big money at him, and dudes already mentioned he's gonna want revenge on the Eagles so them being in the same division works for that. Also the qb situation is better there than it is in Oakland.
