I think next week is the most important week of vick's career since his prison stay. If he can't play because of the hammy & Foles lights it up albeit against a bad TB team then chip will have to stay with foles thus ending vick's career in philly unless of a injury. But if vick CAN play & he plays well against TB & beats Dallas then there will be no talk of QB controversy & depending on how the season ends he may be in line for another contract with philly.

Reason I'm saying that is the local beat writers & media in philly HATE vick with a passion & they're trying hard to push for ANYONE over vick, they're still salty reid choose him over kolb. Chip did a good job of endorsing vick after the game but so much of vick's game is predicated off the run & hamstring injuries can linger or get worse. Very interested to see if he plays.

Also let's say vick cant play for a couple of weeks, would chip change his offense completely? Even in the 2nd half mccoy was shut down, you can't run a read option offense with foles, he's a WCO guy.

There is no QB Controversy. Foles did what he had to do in relief but the running game was non-resistant with Foles cause nobody is scared of him. We got the 0-4 Bucs who are on a downward spiral. I'm fine with resting Vick for 1 week cause we need him for the Cowboys game. But the Eagles Schedule in the next 4 weeks is manageable:

Home Vs Boys
Home Vs Gmen
@ Raiders

The Eagles need to sweep and be 6-3 going into the Greenbay and Washington Games. If we beat the Boys and Gmen during this stretch we will be 4-0 in the Division. If we have to lose a game during this run then it should be the Raiders cause that's out of conference and the AFC West already has given out entire Division that work.

I hear what you are sayin as far as people in Philly secretly hating Mike Vick but it would be moronic for Chip Kelly to put Nick Foles as the starter. Once teams put Foles on the scouting report...its a rap. I like Foles as a backup but that nikka will have to rely on the element of surprise to really be effective.

Like you said the same hating ass Vick haters are salty that Kevin Kolb wasn't selected as the main quarterback...well where is Kevin Kolb? I seriously haven't heard his name uttered since he left Philly so that shows that these Vick hater's aren't good decision makers.
