I like him just fine. The whole crew has been regressing the last 2 years though. I listened to road to Doris this week. It was aight. This kid is nowhere near Doom though. He still has puberty voice.

doom is his god clearly but ill give him this...lyrically he has improved bbut actually making songs with replay value he slipped...making them 2 verses or 2 minutes each gets a few spins back but only burgundy, pre, hive, knight, and 20 wave caps were dope...he got killed on his own shyt y three different rappers too with staples having the est verse on the whole jawn

The difference in writing style is pretty apparent.
This album is literally nothing like his first.

The original he was more a 98/99 Eminem or early to mid 90's redman.
Now he sounds like a Doom or Aesop Rock over Dilla beats.

It's pretty easy to see why a fan of his previous work
would be turned off by this album.

I'm really digging the vibe on this. Earl picked good production for this album. it suits his voice well, and I like Vince Staples. Domo has gotten better.

Slow day at the office about to give this shyt I listen let’s see what this kid got…mad hyped for the production but feel like I’m gonna need rapgenius up to fully appreciate Earl’s stream of consciousness Doom-esque flow with dope wordplay that will initially prob fly over my head. I’m excited.
