i certainly have, but that doesnt mean it is something to be proud of.
But that's your opinion and here's the thing about your opinion: nobody cares.

You compare this type r to a wrx if they were priced the same. It all depends on what the buyer wants. Maybe they live in an area where they don't need AWD so they'll go with the type r. According to your logic people should ony buy what you consider to be the best car. That would mean the entire world would drive the same vehicle. Some people want an m3 some people want a wrx some people might even want a base automatic RSX :sas2:
shoutout to that bytch Rickychurch.

I'm about to get a new spot far away from where I work and I might need a new daily whip. This segment of sporty good gas mileage cars has been on my mind.

Is there any sedan thats rwd/awd, with over 250 hp/tq, and +30 mpg?

If the production model is anywhere near as aggressive as the concept id buy it over any car in its class eg wrx, gti, etc

First, you need to purify yourself in the cool waters of lake menentanka to release the unnecessary anger you hold on to... It's not healthy.

Second, a lack of understanding leads to ignorance... I'm not sure where to start in addressing your statement since it contains nothing worth addressing so I will let it sit there & be an example/lesson to the younger posters of what it looks like when a (presumed)adult fails develop adequate communicate skills.

NEXT PERSON TO SAY THIS GETTING THE NEG TRAIN.

I get you. Let me raise this point.

Why in the world would you purchase this over a GTI, or as I mentioned a used sports car?

Honda is late to the game and at LEAST one automaker has perfected this concept.
I did the sports car thing. It's a PITA. The Z is fun as a toy but not an every day car. I enjoy commuting in my Civic way more. And I have a motorcycle for wilding out.

GTIs are unreliable as fukk. Damn near pulled the trigger on one before I got my Civic. But the people crying about problems on forums got me. Not worth it.

I agree Honda is late to the game and missed a lot of opportunities. For example the K20 in the 8th gen Civic takes to mods like a fish to water. Had they just bumped it to 2.2L but kept the redline high, they could have had it making ~220-230 HP to keep up with the GTI and Focus RS without a turbo. Instead they put in that bullshyt 2.4L. I drove one and came away unimpressed and got the regular one instead. 30 MPG :whoo:

Better late than never though. And if anyone can do a good engine it's Honda. I dont give a shyt about the CTR quite frankly. I'm hoping they put this motor in the ILX with the dual clutch transmission and SH-AWD. Would be obligated to kop dat :whoo:

My bro drives a 2009 Si, so I definitely wanna see what that Type R is talking about. I hope that the turbo is reliable too.
