got you…sports betting isn’t legal in my state either but the bovada app works for me…when I want to place big bets I’ll drive up to Iowa…not sure how far you are away from West Virginia, but it’s legal could drive across the border, not sure if you trying to do all that though

in vegas you can see if you can still find WAR in that one castle themed hotel on the strip, you draw a card and dealer draws a card and highest card wins. basically 50/50 so all you do is keep going with the same amout and then quit when your ahead.
