I hate posting shyt like this because its like you're trying to glorify crime like its something to be proud about. But its hoods everywhere nikka. People hear Delaware and think of cornfields and cow ranches when that's not even close to the reality. Wilmington was ranked 16th in violent crime in 2010, 8th in 2012.
