Should have kept Bart in for one more batter and bring Niese in for Gonzalez. Either way the umps gave this game to the Dodgers. If Utley gets another AB this series, he absolutely needs one in the ear. I am against headhunting but what Utley did was the definition of dirty, he needs to pay.

The going to the dugout rule doesn't really apply to plays that are reviewed. I don't agree with their opinion, but if they say that Tejada never touched the base while holding the ball, the out call was incorrect. Utley left the field because he was called out while it should have still been a live ball.
