i often watch older games....i started watching ball in 96 to be absolutely honest....but it doesnt add up
a team getting blown out by a very good team that also struggled with injured and mediocre teams in prior rounds is >>>>>>>>>> a team that played legendary teams and took them to 7 games albeit...they never beat said teams.
that's basically what you're saying.
the 90s can be overrated
the raptors are not great team in any era you throw them in.
90s 80s 70s....early 00s
I don't care about the blown out aspect. The 90s were trash. 80s teams were better because teams were more stable and rosters stayed together longer, so teams were better. We were robbed of Penny and Shaq playing years together. No one wants to address that the Jazz were the best team the Bulls ever faced....a team that couldn't make it in the 80s.

You acting like Toronto didn't win 56 games with Carroll and Jonas missing significant time...

Atlanta won 50 and was the number two defense in the league...

The East is deeper while the West is more top heavy. Steph had a cakewalk last season.
:mjlol: fukk outta here

Shaq & Penny's Magic
Patrick Ewing and the Knicks
Alonzo/Hardaway & the Heat
Reggie + Pacers
Blaylock/Mutombo/Smith - Hawks
Grant Hill + Pistons
etc
Only great team you mentioned are the Shaq and Penny Magic and they peaked when MJ was playing baseball...

They only beat Mike when he was rusty having played less than 20 regular season games in '95.

Grant Hill's Pistons? Really?

The second best player on those Knicks teams was John Starks... :comeon:

Pippen by himself without Jordan won 55 games dawg...

80s teams were more top heavy(evident by all the lakers and celtics rematches) and defense was more abysmal

just turn the nba to NCAA style tournament... don't need no eastern and western conference playoff to see who win a fukking conference championship so a team can just hang a banner

i don't want t hear the NBA complaining about travel... first off u give the teams in the first 2 rounds 2 days off between road trips and what's a fukking big deal flying 5 hours to another coast. hell these owners can have those supersonic jets that can get motherfukkers from LA to NY in 3 hours......

80s teams were more stable . I'd take the 80s Bucks, Mavs and Jazz over those 90s Pacerr.

He was voted the WOAT for a reason. Hyping up a pacer team whose best player was Reggie Miller? A Knicks team that struggled to crack 90? They held mike to 39% shooting in the conference finals, went up 2-0, and still lost in 6. Get all the way the fukk out of here with them. A Hawks team that never made the conference finals? Yeah those guys really made their mark. The heat always struggled to score too. Orlando had a 2 year run with Shaq and penny where they had a shot at it. That's it. Even then, Mike being clearly rusty from so much time off and being in baseball shape as opposed to basketball shape hurt the Bulls bad. Chicago didn't face a single great team the entire 90's during their run of 6 titles in 8 years.

And Kyle Lowry put up 21/6/5 in an era with much better PG's. So what?

90s Pacers would get sonned by the Cavs just like the Raptors & Hawks did

this era point guards is better than Gary Payton, Kidd, Nash, Stockton, Isiah, etc? :mjlol: which played 20x more defense?

the 90s Pacers, who took the Bulls, to 7 games, would get sonned by a Cavs team who had close games with the Pistons and Hawks:wow:

The Coli yall :dead: yall nikkas try too hard to get attention

I didn't even see this post...I knew I couldn't be the only one laughing at the "90s Pistons". :mjlol:

Grant Hill being good does NOT EQUAL the 90s Pistons being worth talk about 20 years later. :mjlol:
