I don't think all this is true. He needs certain type of players around him to make the team function the way they are playing right now. If he kept Dion Waiters and did not pull off that Jr Smith and Iman Shumpert trade, then this Cavs team would not playing all that well. Lebron gets credit, but remember he had to make modifications to this team before they started to steamroll through the East. He needs to have the right fit to be successful.

Adam needs to start taking away revenue sharing from some of these East teams the way they are constructed. His excuse for this would be you are hurting the product by making the conference unwatchable, so improve your teams to compete or get no revenue share.

Most of those teams didn't have a shot at winning the east while Jordan played & only 3 had a shot while he was away (2 made it). The Hawks never had a shot to get out the east nor did the Pistons...The Heat more times than not would not have a chance. If the Magic would have stayed together, they had the best chance.
